If you have completed a deposit with a bank account that is not verified and linked to your investment account, the funds cannot be booked into your account.
We can hold a deposit received for a maximum of 5 business days in case you would like to use this deposit as a verification deposit to link the new bank account. If the deposit cannot be processed within this period, it will automatically be returned to the account from which the deposit originated. Also, please be aware that you can only change your primary bank account three times per year.
